The ribbon contains the medals "Country Momentum", "Manhood and Faith" (the rare variant with the ribbon "Campaign 1913" awarded to military who participated in the Second Balkan War) and "40 years of the reign of Carol I”, made by the German engraver Paul Telge and awarded in 1906 to all military and civil servants. The "Country Momentum" medal includes an eagle with the right-facing bust of the king on its chest on the obverse, next to the phrase "In memory of the uplifter 1913" and the inscription "Peace", and on the reverse a scene illustrating the crossing of the Danube by the Romanian army, towards the territory of Bulgaria. The "Manhood and Faith" medal, like the one awarded on the occasion of the 40th anniversary of the reign, includes on the obverse the left-facing bust of the king, surrounded by the legend of his title, and on the reverse the name of the medal, next to a laurel branch. The "40 years of the reign of Carol I" medal includes, however, a different illustration on the reverse, namely the phrase "In commemoration of the 40th year of my captaincy", specific to medals of this type awarded to military servants.
