l The obverse of the medal made by the Romanian engraver and sculptor Ion Jalea shows, in the central part, King Carol II, holding a book of laws and surrounded by his title, and its reverse includes the coat of arms of the kingdom and the inscription "Romanian Senate / November 25, 1914 - November 25, 1939 / Commemorative tribute / of the first princes who brought / to the Senate the magnificent / message of monarchical virtues / heralding the glorious reign of / H.M. King Carol II".
