The plaque, made by the Hungarian origin engraver, living in Paris, Tony Szirmai, depicts King Carol I in uniform with his marshal's baton, seated on the throne and facing left, the inscription with his title in German, the royal crown, the years 1889-1909 and the artist's signature.
