steel, l=42 cm

Traditionally, this dagger was worn as a standard of social status, being displayed by hooking it with a braided wool string, on the right shoulder, over the djellaba garment, at the waist level, suspended vertically, on the left side. Koummya is the Berber version of the traditional dagger of the Arab peoples, known as jambiya.

For clarifications regarding the bidding procedure, hammer price costs, guarantee, payment, and collection terms for the winning lot, we recommend carefully reading/re-reading the Bidding Regulations.
