Constantin Oteteleşanu, the candle maker, was allowed to leave Bucharest after answering the questions of an investigation commission. Period paper, manufacturing watermark, text drafted in black ink, seal with the coat of arms of Wallachia. The text is signed by Major Şafir(?).
