Professor Alexandru (Leca) Morariu (1888-1963) fought as an officer in the Austro-Hungarian army. Having been captured in the battles against the Serbian army, he was interned in the Leskovac camp. His memories are about the period of his imprisonment and his escape from the camp. The text is written in black ink on the back of some bank notes issued by Victoria Bank in Bucharest and is signed.
