Record issued in the chancellery of the ruler of Țara Românească, Matei Basarab, on February 20th, 1636. It turns out that Simion, the second chancellor ("logofăt"), sold the estates in Căineşti and Mănăileşti, without papers and without the knowledge of his sisters-in-law, continuing to work vineyards and an orchard, thusly misappropriating the assets. It contains the title in Cinnabar of the ruler Matei Basarab. It contains the middle seal of the chancellery, in Cinnabar, written in Romanian, with Cyrillic and Slavonic alphabet, on a page of paper, without filigree.
