The writer Barbu Ștefănescu Delavrancea (1858-1918) appears in these rare family photographs with his daughters: Cella (pianist), Margareta (Bebe, teacher and writer), Henrieta (Riri, architect) and Niculina (Pica, painter, mother of artist Nuni (Niculina) Dona). The snapshots are taken during a trip on the Danube and Ada Kaleh Island, as well as at home.
