The volume contains the Regulations concerning Catholic clergymen in Transylvania drawn up by Baron Iganatius Szepesy (1780-1838), Bishop of Pecs, voted on 17 April 1822 by the Diocesan Synod and published in Claudiopolis. The copy features a vintage cardboard binding with leather spine.
