Caseta mică din cristal, cu deschidere ovală, are corpul puţin bombat, cu şlifuri adânci şi mici panouri caroiate cu tăieturi în punct de diamant. Capacul din argint cu motiv torsadat în bordură, este decorat cu motive Rocaille, volute şi corole mărunte pe un fundat fin martelat. Central o rezervă cu monograma "JIH".
