2. 7-Year Insignia of the 6th Călărași Regiment Brașov, ABN manufacture, silver, interwar period

The 6th Cavalry Regiment was a tactical level cavalry unit, which was established on August 14/27, 1916, by mobilizing existing units and subunits during peacetime. The regiment was located in the Ploiesti garrison. In the 1916 campaign, the 6th Cavalry Regiment participated in military actions in the combat device of the Second Army, participating in the Battle of Brasov (1916) and the Battle of the Prahova Valley (1916), and in 1917 at Marasesti.
