211. Handwritten letter drafted by Alexandru Averescu, dated July 4, 1902

Colonel Alexandru Averescu, the head of Section I within the Great General Staff of the Romanian army, showed interest in his participation as an observer at the military maneuvers in that respective month and requested the approval of the unnamed general of that respective regiment. The letter bears the header of the Great General Staff, it is written with black ink, signed in handwriting, and dated.
