Identification elements of iconographic and stylistic order: On the ochre-golden background of the icon, Saint Hierarch Haralambie is depicted up to the waist, wearing archbishop's vestments, phelon and omophorion; he blesses with his right hand, and with his veiled left hand, he supports the closed Gospel. His face is painted according to Erminia, being an elderly character, with a long and sharp beard, split at the tip. On the left, above some clouds, Jesus Christ offers him the Gospel. On the wide frame, around, are painted, to the right and to the left, a small holy woman. Corner bouquets are painted. Identification elements of technical order: The wooden support of the painting consists of a single board, reinforced with two crossbars, currently missing. Conclusions: The painting of the icon fits in the second half of the nineteenth century. Although the painter generally respects the traditional composition, certain details, such as the floral decoration of the robe and the bouquets of flowers on the icon's frame, are characteristic elements of folk painting (A.D.).
