The Postmodern and Contemporary Art Auction starts off with a charity section dedicated to underprivileged children in Romania, who are affected by social problems, such as poverty, school dropout, domestic violence, lack of access to healthcare and education services, or the lack of protection in case of risk situations. The charity section is supported by the Embassies of Sweden, India, Malaysia, Japan, and Switzerland in Romania, the International Women's Association of Bucharest (IWA), and the actress Kira Hagi, who donated collectible objects for the auction. The funds raised from the auction will sustain the implementation of the emotional therapy programmes dedicated to disadvantaged children. 150 children will be provided schooling, hot meals, therapy, and emotional recovery. Charity sets are marked with a red heart and with the AMIAS logo.
