They shall tell the truth with their souls! And the day after Easter. And the mayor, Radu, the second chancellor. February 20, year 7144 (1636). Blessings to the voivode Matei, God's grace and lord. The document issued in the chancellery of the ruler of Wallachia, Matei Basarab, on February 20, 1636. It contains the middle seal of the chancellery, in vermillion, drafted in the Romanian language, with Cyrillic alphabet and Slavonic, on a sheet of paper, with no watermark."
