The album contains 42 original photographs depicting various moments from the participation of the 1st Cavalry Division in the military campaign in Bulgaria during the Second Balkan War in 1913. The photographs were taken by Raul Achile Alexandru Dona, military doctor in the divisional medical service. A photograph is missing from the album
