Carlos Alcaraz, a Spanish tennis player, became number 1 ATP in 2022, at only 19 years old. He won 26 single titles on the ATP Circuit, including seven Grand Slam titles and eight Masters 1000 level titles. He entered the top 50 after reaching the quarterfinals at the US Open 2021 and won the ATP Next Generation 2021 final. He took his revenge against Novak Djokovic at Wimbledon in 2023, ending Djokovic's series of 34 consecutive wins at Wimbledon and securing his place 1 in the ranking. At the Olympic Games in Paris from 2024, Carlos Alcaraz participated both in singles and in doubles alongside Rafael Nadal. In singles, he fought in the final with Novak Djokovic, but he lost to him in two closely contested sets, during which neither of them lost their serve.
