Leca Morariu was the editor of the magazine "Mihai Eminescu" which had changed its editorial office from Chernivtsi to Ramnicu Valcea. He also led the Literature Institute of the King Carol II University in Chernivtsi, which published several works about Eminescu, two of which are present in this lot.
