The writer Alexandru Brătescu-Voinești (1868-1946) recommended to the director of the Royal Foundations Magazine, the university professor Alexandru Rosetti (1895-1990), a young colleague who wanted to publish in the specified magazine. The letter is written in blue ink, dated and with handwritten signature.
