Digital Nation aims to invest in the education of the young generation by providing ongoing support for progress and opportunities for development. Digital Nation provides 400 'Tech Generation' training scholarships in digital skills and web programming, and with your help, we will provide young people with future skills in online communities, prepare them for real projects and provide freelancing opportunities. Young people who intend to get hired will be supported through training, advice and recommendations in our partners network. Digital Nation is one of the largest digitization organizations in the country, focused on increasing the digital skills of the young generation and preparing them for the jobs of the present and the future. The "Tech Generation" program responds to the digitalization needs of Romania, a country where only 29% of the population has basic digital skills. Over 30% of the participants in the program got their first job in IT, immediately after graduating from the training courses. Since 2019, digital Nation has trained over 1,000 young people from Oradea, Alba Iulia and Piatra NeamÈ, and starting with 2021 it continued its approach, offering opportunities for development and employment to young people from BraÈov, Bucharest and PiteÈti

This lot does not have a material form, but a symbolic and strictly an emotional one. In exchange for the price that they offered, price that it is in fact a donation or a sponsorship, A10 does not provide the bidders an object, but a certificate of award, offered to the bidder that offered the highest amount, and a certificate of honorable contribution to the bidders that offered smaller amounts, amounts that are equally necessary to raise funds for 400 scholarships for the training of young programmers. The price of the lot is cumulative, so the bids do not eliminate each other, but, taking into consideration the humanitarian purpose of the auction, they are cumulating, reflecting the current cumulative price and the number of bidders.
